eFuse STEF05D value of R-Lim

I'm using eFuse STEF05D, found 2 version of the datasheet below which show the different formulas:

STEF05_en.DM00034383,pdf: R-Limit = 65/Ishort

STEF05D.pdf: R-Limit = 42/Ishort

Can someone help clarify which formula is correct?

Welcome @jqivol, to the community!

The relevant data sheet is always the latest official one, which currently specifies the formula with 42. The document DM00034383 is no longer an official document (if it ever was) and cannot be found on the product website.

Hope that answers your question?
