I would like to use the ACST series as an AC switch for a 90kHz AC capacitive load. Is this possible?

No, TRIACs are designed for mains frequency and cannot be used at such high frequencies. In addition, you want to switch a capacitive load, which results in large peak currents.

You might be able to solve your problem with fast IGBTs:
