You have already opened a ticket with the number 00258054 at the personal Online Support OLS. It would be very considerate if you did not flood all channels simultaneously with the same question.

However, I assume that the colleagues from OLS will not be able to provide any information either, as all documents from discontinued devices are destroyed. I would be interested to know how you arrive at DC 23, since the date code has always been marked only with the last digit of the year. So if there is a 3, it could be, for example, 2013, 2003, 1993, etc.

Pls find below are the chip,label and document below.

Document shows that last shipment date is 2022-3-11

but the label shows that bag seal date is 30 Sep 2022 and 03 Sep 2023 which is newer than the year 2022.

Is it a normal case?

This can certainly happen in exceptional cases. I have just checked the bulk ID again; the label is correct and the goods are sent out after the announced Last Order Delivery Date.

However, I have also deleted the photos of the labels because the information on them can be misused for counterfeiting. In the public community, please send photos of labels for verification only via private message to ST colleagues in future. In the personal and thus confidential OLS, you can of course attach everything to a ticket.
