M24C04-DRMF3TG/K thermal resistance data

I am performing a thermal analysis with component M24C04-DRMF3TG/K TSSOP8 package.  The datasheet does not contain any of the typical thermal resistance information:  thetaJA, thetaJC_bottom, thetaJC_top.  Is this information available?

Welcome @abordonali3,

The same answer that has already been given here applies here as well. However, the memory size of your M24C04 is smaller by a factor of 512, so that the maximum power loss incurred is about 50 times smaller, even at the slowest speed of 100kHz. Since this is already negligible there, it is even more so for this small M24C04.
