Is STW13NK100Z available as an SMD?

This STW13NK100Z with exactly the same parameters is not available as SMD, but you can look at the STH12N120K5-2, which has a slightly higher Rdson, but can even switch 1200V instead of only 1000V.
The only other alternative in this voltage class would be the same device STH13N120K5-2AG with essentially the same parameters, but with automotive approval.
