Example for having the VECTORs in RAM

Hello,

is there any example or appnote available that explains how to use a vector table in RAM? (Steps how to disable necessary interrupts before RAM location is valid, how to implement the RAM vector table in a good way, how to copy it from flash to RAM during startup, ...)

I'm really struggling with this... :(
