Can STR9 support 8 UARTs?

I intent to use the STR9 cpu with 8 exar UART chips(XR19L210), each with its own interrupt line and 16 byteTX/RX FIFO.

Do you think the STR9 would be capable to respond to this kind of interrupt load while using the ethernet MII?

The anticipated baud rate for the UARTS are less than 38400.
