I have the following markings on my SPC chip. Can somebody help me identify the exact part number of the chip?

Maybe you should post a picture of the markings, instead of a "Q" a "G" would make more sense

Always best to provide a clear, large, sharp and in-focus picture of the part, with perhaps some context to see pin 1, power pins, and package.
