What is STE150N10 replacement?

Hello, did ST ever made a STE150N10 direct (Drop in) replacement?

if so, what would be the partnumber?

No, there is no exact replacement.

You could try a similar MOSFET in exactly the same package, but slightly different parameters: the STE140NF20D, which is already on status NRND (Not Recommenced for New Design).
