Always look at the datasheet.
In your case: paragraph 2.3 table 5 clearly states +/-15deg offset. Which means you need to do 1-point calibration to get the correct absolute value: offset to be subtracted = temperature from the sensor - actual temperature.
Other parts have smaller offsets thanks to factory calibration.
