ST sensor identification - package marking code

Good day!

I need help with ST part identification base on package marking code.

It is accelerometer (or IMU), in LGA-12 package, marked with "14J", "UA" (picture attached).

This is Bosch BMA253... I soldered wires and read chip id.. 0xFA.
