Does it change the DC format from YWW to Y or another format? What does "4" mean?

Welcome @VenusY, to the community!

The format is still the same, i.e. YWW. For reasons unknown to me, only the year appears to have been marked on your device. It would be helpful if you could insert a more legible photo, or at least zoom in a little further with your camera.
