IIS2DH Initialization problem

Hello Engineer's,

                             I have IIS2DH IC interface with STM32LOXX Controller through I2C mode. Pin Details bellow:

          IIS2DH (Pin)      --      M/C (Master)

         1. SCL/SPC         -     SCL(I2C)

         2. CS                    -    

Vss(+3V)

         3. SDO/SAO        -     

Vss(+3V)

         4. SDA/SDI/         -     SDA(i2C)  

         5. RES                 -      GND

         6. GND

 -

 GND

         7. 

GND

 -

 GND

         8. 

GND

 -

 GND

         9. Vdd                   -      +3V

        10.Vdd I/O             -      +3V

        11.INT1                  -       I/P

12.INT2                  -       I/P

**then i set Device address value is (0x32 - Write      0x33 - Read)

Initially I read IIS2DH register for (0xF) who i am. But No reply from IC. What is the problem Any I do something in hardware or software, Kindly help me..
