Gyroscope Sensors in different iPhone models

For our project at the THM in Germany we're developing an app which should help medical staff to detect parkinson symptoms via motion sensors in an early stage (for example by examining the rotation speed of the patients' hand etc.). Is it possible to get a list of the gyroscope models/types which are built into the iPhones 7 - 11?

Currently we're running through a case study for the sensor data where we compare different gyroscope sensors and accelerometers in a standardized test environment. For the research part it would be nice to have such information, as it's really hard to find those as they're not provided by Apple itself. You can find some information about older phones (iPhone 5), but there are different information about the suppliers for the range if iPhones mentioned above.
