We are using 4 ASM330LHB in our application. We have placed 4IMU's on PCB. We put the PCB in temperature chamber to observe the sensor behaviour during the temperature variation(heating and cooling) with 1deg/min from 30 to 60 to -20.During this test, all sensors are in static only. During cooling, the sensor bias or readings changed significantly as attached below(chamber temperature is on secondary axis in all plots). Why the sensors readings changed abnormally?.
