BLE Connection Issue with SensorTile.box Pro After Flashing DataLogExtended Firmware

Hello Team,

We are using SensorTile.box Pro, and the board has been successfully flashed with the DataLogExtended.bin firmware.

However, we are unable to establish a BLE connection with the board, even after flashing the DataLogExtended firmware. The device does not connect via MEMS Studio / BLE application as expected.

Could you please confirm if there are:

• Any known issues with BLE connectivity when using Data Log Extended on SensorTile.box Pro

• Specific firmware versions or configuration steps required to enable BLE

• Any additional setup or reset procedure needed after flashing

Kindly advise on how to resolve this issue.

The current firmware for sensortile.box pro datalogextended only works via serial connection. To use BLE, you need to create firmware using Algobuilder.

At the moment, Algobuilder's FW does not allow this. However, we will soon release a new version of MEMS Studio with firmware for Sensortile.box pro DatalogExtended with BLE support.
