Hi everyone
Does anyone know if I can use X-NUCLEO-S2868A2 for 915Mhz ? . It's a quite confuse , the schematic says the RF balun can operate 868 - 930 MHz . If not could you recommend similar board for 915Mhz .I'm trying to avoid the board that has external PA range extender .Due to I wanna to test only the S2-LP consumption and no other .
Thanks in advance

Hi,
so from SL-LP -> https://www.st.com/en/wireless-connectivity/s2-lp.html?ecmp=tt9470_gl_link_feb2019&rt=db&id=DB4048
The S2-LP shows an RF link budget higher than 140 dB for long communication ranges and meets the regulatory requirements applicable in territories worldwide, including Europe, Japan, China and the USA.

It is designed to operate in both the license-free ISM and SRD frequency bands at 433, 512, 868 and 920 MHz, but can also be programmed to operate at other additional frequencies in the 413-479 MHz, 452-527 MHz, 826-958 MHz, 904-1055 MHz bands.

similar board :

and with obviously balun optimized for 915M :
https://www.st.com/en/ecosystems/x-nucleo-s2915a1.html#overview
> The X-NUCLEO-S2915A1 expansion board is based on the S2-LP radio and
operates in the 915 MHz ISM frequency band.
The expansion board is compatible with ST morpho and Arduino UNO R3
So look at the circuits and decide, what you prefer.

Thanks for the quick reply . We know that S2-LP support a range of frequencies .But we want to know if we can use X-NUCLEO-S2868A2 for 915Mhz .
We cannot use X-NUCLEO-S2915A1 since it has an external PA that we don't need . It consumes more power , and we need to consume the less possible .
