Hi,
I have a custom hardware SIM800F with standard Vodafone IT SIM card and it has always worked great.
We are now upgrading the hardware to eSIM (and in the future to SIM7000E), I can read the ICCID and activated the eSIM on TruPhone.com but when it tries to connect, it fails.
I used the APN: iot.truphone.com
Can you help me?
