Posted on August 11, 2017 at 00:54On SPWF01SA - I need to post JSON to the Webserver backend and update the JSON file...Any hints on how this can be done? I can read the JSON file ok from my webserver but I am stuck at the part where I have to send it back and have it update on the filesystem! I have seen some curl examples involving a file but there is not enough detail on how this can be done using a JSON string...Curl seems to blow up on Windows when I try to send a file but that would not help me much either since I cannot send files from within the javascript. My understanding is that and http POST could work and if so what are the steps to get this accomplished?
