I’m trying to open a ticket through ST’s online portal, but I keep getting the following error when I attempt to submit it:

Case_trigger: execution of AfterInsert caused by: System.DmlException: Update failed. First exception on row 0 with id 003Ty000009rRzNIAU; first error: FIELD_CUSTOM_VALIDATION_EXCEPTION, US zip codes must start with 5 characters: [] Class.CaseUtility.addInfoToContactAndLead: line 231, column 1 Trigger.Case_trigger: line 38, column 1
I have tried using both Chrome and Edge browsers, but the error still occurs. I updated my contact on the ST profile with valid US ZIP code but that did not resolve it. Could you please advise how I can successfully submit a ticket?
