Tagging posts again

Why the "wireless MCU" category does not have all the tags as the "normal" STM32s MCUs?

If the post is about SPI on STM32WB, I cannot tag it both STM32WB and SPI. All tags for SPI, I2C and so on are available only in the normal MCU category.

Hello @Pavel A.,

Thanks for brining that up. Let me review this proposal with a respective team and I will get back.

Greetings,

Also nothing for:

  • CubeIDE
  • Doumentation
  • "proprietary" RF protocols
A complex system that works is invariably found to have evolved from a simple system that worked.
A complex system designed from scratch never works and cannot be patched up to make it work.

The 'STM32 Wireless' category also lacks tags for ST boards

Usually, posts in the 'STM32 MCUs Boards and hardware tools' category are about a specific interface or function - Timers, UART, SPI, I2C, etc - but there are no tags for these.

The tags should include all those in the 'STM32 MCUs Products' section.

Similarly in the 'STM32 MCUs Wireless' section;  especially as anything mentioning a wireless chip seems to get moved there - whether or not the post has anything to do with the wireless part

Need a 'Suggestion' tag in the CubeIDE forum.

eg, see:

https://community.st.com/t5/stm32cubeide-mcus/is-it-possible-for-the-ide-to-highlight-user-code/td-p/777519

Probably also all others relating to ST-provided tools & software

Thanks @Andrew Neil, for your proposal. I will check if it's feasible and let you know.

Lina
