Kudos button not showing once logged in

See ability to upvote until I log in, then disappears.

Seems to impact my view on PC and Phone browsers. I can see people have clicked the Kudos button on my posts in the alerts, so working for some.

For some reason, I can't bold the Subject/Title of this post, so it looks different to others on the page.

When it logs me out I see the button again. And I get one chance to click where it logs me in, uprates the posts, but doesn't show me the button or count again..

Others are uprating my posts, so not sure of others experiences with the button/count disappearing..

I tested on mobile (iPhone), and desktop (Microsoft edge) and the kudos button is working for me as expected: 

  • Logged out the kudos button is available and clicking on it directs me to the login page
  • Logged in the kudos button is available and working 

To better understand the issue on your end: is the kudos button not visible at all for you when being logged in? Or do you see it but it is greyed out, so you are not able to interact with it? 
Also, any further browser details might help to track down the issue.

Not visible on Android or Chrome (PC) when logged in.

Something about my account, issue also in Edge which I never use, so not adblocker or ghostery..

The IT team unfortunately cannot reproduce this case. They suggested to setup a call. I will send you a PM to further discuss the next steps.
