Hello, recently downloaded SPC5 Flasher V2.8.1, this is required to flash a custom board using serial (RS232) to load the CAN-Bootloader (SPC564B74 @40Mhz), subsequent loading of programs is done via CAN. The SPC5 Flasher appears to be not connecting to the USB/Serial Converter (no activity LEDs flashing). I have tried several USB/Serial devices (including genuine FTDI chip set) and both Win10 and Win11 PCs and a Win7 with serial port. I have confirmed all the system software is installed as required.
The flash tool does see the interfaces, but there is no USB activity when attempting connection on either interface selection..
I have considered older versions of the SPC5 Flasher, however these require licence files and from what I see in the posts, these versions are obsolete and licencing is no longer an active pathway.
Please advise if there is any specific drivers or config files required for the SPC5 Flasher for the USB>Serial devices.
