MCU damage after programming

Hello. I'm writing a led blinking code for SPC560B50 but after programming the code into mcu, the mcu takes high current about 300mA and damaging. My circuit and mcu don't have any problem before programming.

Have you installed SPC5Studio tools suite

Dear Erwan, I use my custom board design and not used ST discovery kits.

My compiler is SPC5studio​ 5.8.1 .

The board don't ​have problem after erasing mcu and my code affect the board directly and take high current.
