This is from MM ECU you found it on, and I'm also looking inside one and cannot find _any_ datasheet or even marketing material on this chip.

May be, this is a custom chip.... But, how do then a ton of Chinese makers still make them all over? Don't they need some details on it to be able to make one?

On the chip is logo ST and MM and both no have datasheet for it but China people still making this chip , its joke .Or bad will
