I would like to use TSC103 in a system where the power line to be monitored is 48Vdc (63V maximum peak or steady state) and the ADC acquisition system is powered by a 5V voltage independent from the 48V line; so my doubt is if any failure can occur if the main monitored 48V line is present but 5V for Vcc is missing.
Datasheet is not explicitly mentioning this operating condition, will it work without risk of damage?

Inputs of TSC103 are independent of the power supply. So, yes, it is confirmed by design that 48V can be present on the inputs without Vcc connected.
