It's so hard to start my audio project. I am stucked at sai clock settings
Hi, All. In the wiki, the process to program the PKH into the OTP is done with stm32key tool in u-boot. Also, PKH file must be available in a filesystem partition. All these tasks need to be done manually...Is it possible to do this same process from sysfs? My idea is to be able to automate this task in a script.
Hi,all!In the wiki about secure boot, only FSBL and SSBL files are signed and authenticated.It would be very interesting and useful if you could also sign and authenticate the kernel and increase security.Is this possible?
Hi all,Windows 10 IoT Core already supports run on the single ARM Cortex-A7 MPU! Is there a BSP of the STM32 MPU that can be used for the Windows 10 IoT?Refer here:https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/iot-core/learn-about-hardware/socsandcustomboardsBest Regards
Pin MODE for peripherals are set incorrectly with RSVD instead of correct alternate function definition (AF13).When building uboot it failed because pin Mode "RSVD" is incorrectly defined.e.g code from device tree m4_dcmi_pins_mx: m4_dcmi_mx-0 { pins { pinmux = <STM32_PINMUX('A', 6, RSVD)>, /* DCMI_PIXCLK */ <STM32_PINMUX('E', 0, RSVD)>, /* DCMI_D2 */ <STM32_PINMUX('E', 1, RSVD)>, /* DCMI_D3 */ <STM32_PINMUX('F', 11, RSVD)>, /* DCMI_D12 */

Hi STµ Teams!Another questions!I'd like to have some precisions about yocto building :I 'm able to build st-image-core, SDK1.2.--Does the u-boot (and tfa) is built each time (ie: fetching sources, applying patch, compiling) when I'm bitbaking or does yocto takes a particular already built u-boot/tf-a from meta-st directory? --If it compiles each time, and I want to add modification, Does I need to use the ".patch" method (and modify receipt in meta-st-stm32mp/recipes-bsp) or can I directly give u-boot&tf-a compiled files from developper package ?--I need to modify the extlinux.conf, and add a directory in bootfs, is there a receipt to do this?Have a nice day!
The kernel I used was 4.19 and the CPU on STM32MP157AAA3 was able to read the CPU at 650M frequency.I failed to read when I only replaced THE CPU with STM32MP157DAA1.STM32MP157AAA3 To read the CPU frequency results are as follows:STM32MP157DAA1 Reads the CPU frequency as follows:
I'm trying to connect the MP157c-DK2 board in Engineering board. The st link is connected on the CN11 connector.On the st link utility it says detection failed and does not recognize the device.
I want to exchange large data buffers with the coprocessorI have tried following wiki page.https://wiki.st.com/stm32mpu-ecosystem-v1/wiki/How_to_exchange_large_data_buffers_with_the_coprocessor_-_principle#User_space_interfaceI tried to bitbake, but I have an error.= Steps =$ cd [my Distribution Package Directory Path]/layers/meta-st/$ git clone https://github.com/STMicroelectronics/meta-st-stm32mpu-app-logicanalyser.git -b dunfell$ DISTRO=openstlinux-weston MACHINE=stm32mp1-demo-logicanalyser source [my Distribution Package Directory Path]/layers/meta-st/scripts/envsetup.sh$ bitbake st-image-weston= Error =ERROR: Layer stm-st-stm32mp-app-logicanalyzer is not compatible with the core layer which only supports these seriesAre there missing something in my steps?Best Regards.H Masuda
I am getting the following error when trying to build tf-a, u-boot, or the linux kernel (the following is when trying to bitbake tf-a-stm32mp):make: *** No rule to make target 'fdts/stm32mp153a-raichu-cubemx-mx.dts', needed by 'build-openstlinuxtkrt-stm32mp1-raichu-cubemx/tmp-glibc/work/stm32mp1_raichu_cubemx-ostl-linux-gnueabi/tf-a-stm32mp/2.2.r1-r0/build/trusted/fdts/stm32mp153a-raichu-cubemx-mx.dtb'. Stop.It seems that the variable CUBEMX_PROJECT is being ignored in my machine conf file, because it is searching in the tf-a source folder for my DTS files. How do I tell yocto to use the DTS files in my layer's "mx" folder?Here's the directory listing of my layer:meta-raichu ├── conf │ ├── layer.conf │ └── machine │ └── stm32mp1-raichu-cubemx.conf ├── mx │ └── raichu-cubemx │ ├── CA7 │ │ └── DeviceTree │ │ └── raichu-cubemx │ │ ├── kernel │ │&n
hi, I need to stop some peripherals within m4 core before linux stop command:echo -n stop > /sys/class/remoteproc/remoteproc0/statehow can I manage that ?tnx.
Hi ST Teams,I'm building successfuly an image "st-image-core", for stm32mp1 machine.I'm able to add python package and remove some package too.But unfortunately, My team who works on M4 copro can't connect anymore on it.If i made a sd card with starter kit on it, M4 can connect (ie debug run & so on)If i made my st-image-core, it can't.Is there any special "append" to add to my distro in order to get things works?I'm using SDK 1.2Thanks in advance.
Hi, I'm porting ADC on M4, but some how the converting result is odd value always, seems the DR bit-0 is always '1'. I tested it by VR, range from 0v to 3.3v, the ADC suppose to convert it from 0 to 255, but I don't know why, I just get odd value back, like 1, 3,5....197,199,201....255. No even number at all.---------------------------------------------H/W configuration:ADC Input: ANA0Vref+ = 3.3V---------------------------------------------Here are the ADC configuration...int SensorAdc_Init(void){ ADC_ChannelConfTypeDef channel_cfg; hSensorAdc.Instance = ADC1; hSensorAdc.Init.ClockPrescaler = ADC_CLOCK_SYNC_PCLK_DIV2; hSensorAdc.Init.Resolution = ADC_RESOLUTION_8B; hSensorAdc.Init.ScanConvMode = ADC_SCAN_DISABLE; /* Sequencer disabled (ADC conversion on only 1 channel: channel set on rank 1) */
I want to do audio recording an cm4,but dont know how to config the codec, Is there an audio recorder example?
Hi, All.Program fuses values is a delicate task. I would like to confirm that it is possible to program PKH(Public Key Hash) using STM32_Programmer_CLI.The PKH is stored in OTP WORD 24 to 31For example: Set the value 0x9ffd3d2f into the word 24 (0x18) [pkh0]STM32_Programmer_CLI -c port=usb1 -otp program wordID=0x18 value=0x9ffd3d2fIs this right?Is there a specific command to close the device from STM32_Programmer_CLI?Thanks!
After opening the https://github.com/STMicroelectronics/meta-st-stm32mp/tags page, there are no links that download a meta-st-stm32mp tar.gz file. Instead, the links point to openstlinux-***.tar.gz, which does not contain any meta-st-stm32mp content. The openstlinux-***.tar.gz links are the same links found on the https://github.com/STMicroelectronics/meta-st-openstlinux/tags page.
Hi everyone,STM32MP1 ROM Code has default AF mux for SPI_NOR/NAND like this:QUADSPI_CLK -> PF10 (AF9)QUADSPI_BK1_NCS -> PB6 (AF10)QUADSPI_BK1_IO0 -> PF8 (AF10)QUADSPI_BK1_IO1 -> PF9 (AF10)I want to remap to the new pins using the OTP CFG5..7The poinst is, what is the order of usage.Which part of which word should be assigned to which function.My used pins like this:QUADSPI_CLK -> PG7 (AF9)QUADSPI_BK1_NCS -> PB10 (AF9)QUADSPI_BK1_IO0 -> PD11 (AF9)QUADSPI_BK1_IO1 -> PF9 (AF10)so how should be seen the OTG Word 5 .. 7? My decision is like that. but i want to make sure it is true.CFG5: 0x77912A97CFG6: 0x4B9169A1

hi everyoneI'm trying to search for a certain char array(say char Temp[]) within a lager array in this case, char Rcv[500]. here is my codeint scanRcv(char *Temp){ int ii=0; for(int i=0;i<RcvLength;i++){ while(Rcv[i]==Temp[ii]){ ii++; if(ii==strlen(Temp)) { return 1;} else {return 0;} ii=0; } }but I don't know why it doesn't work and does not return 1, though I think the code works....I also tried this code too but it didn't work eitherint scanRcv(char *Temp){ if(strstr(Rcv,Temp)!=0) { return 1; } else { return 0; } }please help
Linux kernel version is "stm32mp1 5.4.31 "
