Hi,I'm using an ESP32 (the RAK11200 module) with my own board (https://github.com/cyclops1982/TOFBoard/tree/main/TOFBoard).I'm using this helper file and basically do:1. A init() during the arduino setup()2. During the arduino loop() i run the GetDepthInMiliMeters()When i start this the first time, it all works fine. Measurements work as expected. I can run GetDepthInMiliMeters() multiple times and it all works gloriously. When i reset the ESP (via the reset button), it doesn't work anymore. The VL53L4CX_SetXTalkCompensationEnable() returns 2; (not -2).If i unplug my own board, and plug it back in and then run the GetDepthInMiniMeters, then it fails on the VL53L4CX_SetDistanceMode() with a division by zero error.unplugging the ESP and booting it again seems to work fine.I'm wondering if this has anything to do with my board design, or with my code. Or maybe just the combination of the ESP32 board and my own board.

Hi,I want to implement a simple application: ADC conversion and transmit the data via BLE. I achieved to do it on stm32wb15cc development board, but I have problems when trying do implement it on my custom board with stm32wba54. In the codes, I basically do the followings: 1. Start ADC conversion with DMA, triggered by timer.2. When buffer is full, in conversion complete callback function, register BLE transmission task in sequencer to tranmit buffer data. On my stm32wba54 board, the buffer won't start filling. I suspect that it's because in wba series, internal temperature sensor needs to enabled for RF calibration and it keeps conflicting with my main ADC channel. How couId I deal with that? Thank you!

Hi, I am working on developing a new motor driver using ST motor control.I am trying to understand current sensing circuitry (three shunt resistors) but I don't understand the offset circuitry as shown in this picture: As I currently understand it this R1/R2/R3 circuitry is there to add a voltage offset so that when there is reverse current the shunt resistor generating negative voltage. But what I don't understand is that this offset voltage(in the reference designs I have looked at) that offset voltage is very high (2 volts) because it is still being amplified by the Opamp resulting in a way to high ADC voltage??What am I missing here?

This question is a based on of a support ticket due to more knowledge persons from ST may answer this on the forum. Hope someone can help.Any specific reason to use this type of LVDS connector instead of 40pin FPC ? (less costly connector and cable, easier for development)Do you have recommended LVDS cable to ST's LVDS LCD ?  I-PEX 81422-100B-02-D ? or what does ST use for testing/development ?Any recommendation for any LVDS  to FPC 0.5mm pitch conversion cable ?What is the part-number of the LVDS receptable on the board. Is it I-PEX 20455-040E or another brand ?Is it the same connector on LCD side ? if not, what connector is used at the LCD side ?What is the suggestion for the  LVDS plug on the cable ? I-PEX 20453 ?It seems there isn't a standard for LVDS cable pinout, correct ? Is there any standard or reference ST used for the pin assignment ?

I’m working with an STM32F746G-DISCO board, and I’ve encountered an issue with the board. The ST-Link port is broken, and unfortunately, it cannot be soldered. To make matters worse, the SWD (Serial Wire Debug) pins are not exposed on the board, and there are no Boot0 pins either.

Hi all,I'm referring to the BLE_Beacon example project. I figured out that we need to start the advertisement and then attach the required payload/service_data. Hi i am using Nucleo - F413ZH i need to work on the QSPI protocol i found this device supports QSPI but in the repository i doesn't find any example code for this one is this device supports QSPI? or is there any similar sdk so that we can import projects form other repositoryI tried with the example code present in the STM32F413H-Discovery repository but i doesn't got output

HiIs there any BLE Beacon with STOP2 low power mode project available??Thank you

HiI've tried to build the three FUOTA projects. Each one fails with similar errors. "Missing files".I have a fresh install of the CubeIDE, and I've tried this on two different computers. For example, I built the Single Core FUOTA example for the Nucleo WL55, the files not found are:kms_config.hsfu_fwimg_regions.hThe Problems tab reports these two missing files and these warnings:Invalid project path: Include path not found (D:\workspace\LoRaWAN_FUOTA\1_Image_BFU\BFU\App).Invalid project path: Include path not found (D:\workspace\LoRaWAN_FUOTA\1_Image_SECoreBin\Inc).Invalid project path: Include path not found (D:\workspace\LoRaWAN_FUOTA\Linker_Common\STM32CubeIDE).The other dual-core examples for the Nucleo and B-WL5M-SUBG1 give:cannot open linker script file mapping_fwimg.ld: No such file or directoryfatal error: kms_config.h: No such file or directoryfatal error: sfu_fwimg_regions.h: No such file or directoryAnd these warnings:Invalid project path: Include path not found (D:\work

Hi Pascal, We have designed a custom PCB, and I’m attaching the schematic for your reference. Since we don’t have a dedicated UART, we have not enabled trace embedding. We are using X-CUBE FreeRTOS 1.3 with STM32U575VGT6. The USB dual-role functionality worked correctly when tested on the Nucleo board (STM32U575), but it is not working on our custom board. We encountered the following errors: OS_CAD_PRIORITY OS_PE_PRIORITY DPM_Sleep_start I have attached the error message and code files. Please check and guide us on resolving this issue. Thanks & Regards, Rajkumar.

Hello everyoneWe are developing a prototype of vibration monitor system . Now we are in optimization stage , reducing the power of the device . We are using SeedStudio Lora E5 HF (STM32WE5) (US915) https://files.seeedstudio.com/products/317990687/res/LoRa-E5+module+datasheet_V1.0.pdf  , and programing it using STM32CubeIDE and this code base https://github.com/Seeed-Studio/LoRaWan-E5-Node/tree/qian.  Our target is to reduce the tx power . However there's many configuration around that and it's not clear the final dBm . This module can give up to 22dBm on TX according to the specs . We would like to reduce it to 6dBm to save power .Right now I'm playing around with SUBGRF_SetTxParams function and I was able to see a change in current consumption when the device is transmitting .But still having some these questions :How can I calculate or know what is the final dBm ? to achieve the 6dBmUsing this official middleware guaranteed the FCC certification or

I'm thinking to control for VDDA on the STM32H563.I'm considering by the red line in the diagram below, but are there any problems?I'm considering when VDDX independent from VDD, can be rising and falling VDDA.Please advise for me.Best regard.

How to use TouchGFX with an MCU and a TFT that isn't listed in TouchGFX ? My board is a Nucleo-STM32H753ZI and the TFT is an ILI9486 420 x 380. Thanks.

Hi everyone,I am working with the STEVAL-25R200SA evaluation board using the ST25R200 GUI software, and everything is functioning correctly. However, I would like to develop my own software instead.Using X-CUBE-NFC10 Middleware:Can I use the X-CUBE-NFC10 middleware to read and write NFC tags with this board?I attempted to generate the necessary files, but the generator is not working properly. Specifically, the file "nfc_conf.h" is not being generated as expected, causing errors.Understanding the Existing Firmware:I have access to the firmware code for the STEVAL-25R200SA, but it is quite complex.I am unsure which parts of the code are essential and which can be ignored.Could someone guide me on how to approach this or point me to relevant documentation?i don't need to use uart for example.Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!

I purchase one M5STAck COREMP135, it noticed work for linux, but when I use the software, it can't handle user account , only use root login. Then I try build image by myself, the github support was 2-3 years ago.I see one training company - Bootlin support STM 135 , but they didn't support COREMP135.Compare with Beaglebone black, the M5STACK-COREMP135 is too bad in software side.

Hello. I follow your instruction to generate a touchGFX project.  „How to TouchGFX: Creating my first GUI with TouchGFX Designer for STM GUI aplications“I‘m using the latest version of all Program for the STM32Cube family. The project compile in TouchGFX with no error. It so possible to download it to the board. All work fine. But after import to CubeIDE there is no xxx.ioc file include. I‘m not able to change hardware setting to onboard LED turn on and off.

Hello Community,I have been working on CAN for two days, and I haven't been able to figure out the baud rate issue I'm facing. I'm using the HSE as the clock source with a value of 25MHz, as mentioned in the UM2248 document (I'm using the STM32L4R9I-EVAL evaluation board). I've configured the baud rate to 500kbps, but it doesn't work. I suspect the microcontroller switches to the HSI clock at 16MHz. When I reconfigure the baud rate to 500kbps with a 16MHz clock, it works fine. However, when I check the schematics of the board, I see that the X2 crystal is at 16MHz. This creates confusion between the clock value defined in the UM2248 document and the board schematics. Could you please explain why there is a difference between the X2 value in the UM2248 document and the schematics of the evaluation board?Additionally, could you share the schematics for the STM32L4R9I-EVAL MB1313-B-03 board? I couldn't find this exact version online.Thank you very much for your help.  Schamtic li

Good afternoon,we are facing issue with AES GCM Tag generated with STM32U585.In particular we compare the results generated by the microcontroller with the ones generated by an application developed with C#.This is the code running on the microcontrollerKey size is 256 Bit set to all 0 just to speed operations. Tag size is 128 bit. I know that the IV vector must have the last byte set as 2 an I dit it as requested.    uint32_t pKeyAES[8] = {0x00000000,0x00000000,0x00000000,0x00000000,0x00000000,0x00000000,0x00000000,0x00000000}; uint32_t pInitVectAES[4] = {0x00000000,0x00000000,0x00000000,0x00000002}; __ALIGN_BEGIN static const uint32_t HeaderAES[4] __ALIGN_END = { 0x24825602,0xbd12a984,0xe0092d3e,0x448eda5f};   Plaintext is a simple 48 bytes buffer (so a multiple of 16).The EncryptedText is identical to the one generated by the application: good.On the other hand the generated Tag is always different....maybe we are doing something wrong....could
