Hi I am developing a product based STM32 Microcontrollers. To start with the I am using a Development BoardNucleo H7A3AI Board. What I plan to do is, attach a LCD TFT Display to this and develop the prototype. I plan to use TouchGFX designer to develop a UI and develop the firmwareOne Problem I face to start with TouchGFX Designer is the development board  Nucleo H7A3AI  is NOT listed in the supported boards.  (I am using TouchGFX Designer 4.25.1 )The boards which are listed in TouchGFX Designer all have an attached display. In my case we are developing product based on Nucleo H7A3AI Board (This board does not come with a LCD Display). In such case how can I add my board (Nucleo H7A3AI Board) into TouchGFX Designer ?The display I am planning to use is From RockTech Model number (RK043HN10E-T)The pin connectionsbetween the display and Nucleo H7A3AI Board is shown below.  Si.NoConnector Pin NoDISPLAY PINSTM32H7A3ZI-Q(LCD)15R0PE026R1PA237R2PC1048R3PB059R4P

NUCLEO F411RE I'm checking to see if I've got FreeRTOS integrated properly. So I've set up 2 tasks each with their own counter. In debug I was expecting to see the counter for Task1 to count up whilst Task2 never gets updated. When I step through the scheduler appears to set up just fine but when its to the call to start the first task (prvPortStartFirstTask()) it falls fowl to the HardFault_Handler.I initially had a stack size of 100 for each task & thought that maybe an issue but reducing the stack size to 30 hasn't made any difference.Any pointers (pun intended)? how to setup qt creater application for STM32MP157f-Dk2 board , and where is the location of the toolchain location and how to setup qt version .

Hello, I've been trying everything for days to fix this error. They said to set the BOOT0 pin to GND. I followed these steps. I tried many solutions from YouTube videos and the STM32 website, as well as solutions from forums, but none of them worked. I downloaded apps and changed the settings on my computer, but to no avail. What should I do in this situation? Is the problem with my computer? I'm using the STM32 VL Discovery card. Could you help me? Best wishes, thank you in advance.

Hi,I have seen this post: https://community.st.com/t5/stm32-mpus-embedded-software-and/how-to-clear-the-default-st-image-userfs-remove-examples-and/m-p/735819#M4265 and added to my st-image-userfs.bbappend:PACKAGE_INSTALL:remove = "m4projects-stm32mp1-userfs"PACKAGE_INSTALL:remove = "linux-examples-stm32mp1-userfs"PACKAGE_INSTALL:remove = "packagegroup-st-demo"My machine has:M4_BOARDS = ""M4COPRO_LIST = "m4fwcoredump"I want to keep the "coredump" features. I have noticed though, that now the userfs gets populated with bin, etc,var folders - which were not present before. I can't track it down, how to get rid of those or how they are cleaned by m4project recipes. Any hint?

Hi, My MCU is a STM32H753BIT6. This is a custom board that works fine with SYNC-MODE displays types.I have a new display only works in DE MODE. It not requires the HSYNC or VSYNC signals. Is there any way to configure LTDC peripheral and TouchGFX to work only in DE MODE? This is a communication image about this mode. I disconnect physically the VSYNC/HSYNC signals and ground it to make sure. Thanks for any tip and help!

Hello.. Anyone can advise if using USB Device for DFU, which crystal should i use? 25MHz? Why i dun see the 25 MHz crystal on 767 Nucleo ?  if i only include the 8 MHz crystal (as the main clock )is it fine to drive the USB Device DFU? Please advise?

I'm trying to somehow pass information about tampering event from OP-TEE to Linux userspace by means of Tamper Backup registers but I seem to have a problem.I added this to kernel dts:&nvram { my_free_backup_register: tamp-bkp@c4 { reg = <0xC4 0x4>; }; }; &usart2 { // Other stuff before nvmem nvmem-cells = <&my_free_backup_register>; nvmem-cell-names = "my_backup_register"; };I tried to write to that register from OP-TEE function stm32_tamp_etamper_action using io_write32 function. Then I'm trying to read that register from OP-TEE immediately after the write and looks like the register has not been written to.Also, in Linux userspace in /sys/bus/nvmem/devices/ I can see stm32-tamp-nvram0 but when I hexdump its nvmem file it's just a bunch of zeroes. I can't seem to find that nvmem-cells in usart2 either.

Hello everyone. Why does the behavior of the while loop I wrote differ from the one generated by STM32CubeMX? Since the code generated by STM32CubeMX is highly abstracted, is it possible that even the same while loop behaves differently due to internal processing? Where can I learn about such rules? I'm a beginner, so I would really appreciate any guidance. If anyone knows, I would be grateful for your help. Here are the details of the issue. 1. When code is written inside the while loop generated by STM32CubeIDECode:Result: It doesn't work correctly. It seems that something inside the while loop isn't functioning properly.2. When code is written inside the while loop wrote by myself.Code: Result: It works correctly

Hi,i have a new EVLSERVO1 and a STLINK-V3SET ant try to program my MSDK 6.4.0 generated firmware but i am not able to connect to the bord.  I use the latest STMCubeProgrammer 2 20.0 and the latest stsw-link009 USB Driver.I updated the Firmware on the V3 to the latest version. And i tried both variants of the firmware.   The Software recognizes the V3 Hardware and reads the 3.3 Volt from the ELSERVO1 board.i tried to use a Win10 and a win 11 machine.  But I am not able to connect or to flash the Board. The 14 pin cable to the board seams to be ok. I am able to connect and flash other STM Boards with this setup like the STM32H745I-DISCO. Is there anything I have to set to achieve a connection?I also tried the UART1 connection with Tera Term without success.Do I have to send the Bootloader activation patterns 15?    From the Manual:Programming and debuggingThe EVLSERVO1 provides a J1 connector to program firmware on the STSPIN32G4

Hi all static HAL_StatusTypeDef USB_CoreReset(USB_OTG_GlobalTypeDef *USBx) { __IO uint32_t count = 0U; /* Wait for AHB master IDLE state. */ do { count++; if (count > HAL_USB_TIMEOUT) { return HAL_TIMEOUT; } } while ((USBx->GRSTCTL & USB_OTG_GRSTCTL_AHBIDL) == 0U); count = 10U; /* few cycles before setting core reset */ while (count > 0U) { count--; } /* Core Soft Reset */ USBx->GRSTCTL |= USB_OTG_GRSTCTL_CSRST; do { count++; if (count > HAL_USB_TIMEOUT) { return HAL_TIMEOUT; } } while ((USBx->GRSTCTL & USB_OTG_GRSTCTL_CSRST) == USB_OTG_GRSTCTL_CSRST); return HAL_OK; } at the USB_CoreReset function, my code keeps on getting stuck at the count++ and doesn't progress from there. I have even included   RCC->AHB2ENR1 |= RCC_AHB2ENR1_OTGEN; // enable USB OTG HS clock RCC->AHB2ENR1 |= RCC_AHB2ENR1_USBPHYCEN; // enable ULPI clock before that function call but it does nothing.My board is stm32u5g9

 Hi everyone,I am working on a project with the STM32H755ZI-Q (Nucleo H755ZI-Q) board, and I am following this tutorial for Inter-Processor Communication (IPC) using OpenAMP: Link to tutorial. The setup involves two processors (M4 and M7). Here's the LED behavior that I have implemented:LED1 (PB0) is assigned to M4.LED2 (PE1) and LED3 (PB14) are assigned to M7.When M7 sends a message to M4, M4 replies, and LED1 turns ON.If M7 receives the expected message, LED2 turns ON; otherwise, LED3 should turn ON.The issue:Everything seems to work fine when LED2 is assigned to M7 (PE1), as it turns ON as expected. However, when I swap the assignments and move LED2 to LED3 (PB14), LED3 doesn’t turn on, despite the message being received and processed correctly.I have tried putting LED3 in a while loop in the main function and toggling it manually with:HAL_GPIO_TogglePin(GPIOB, GPIO_PIN_14);but still, LED3 (PB14) does not turn ON.Has anyone encountered a similar issue or can suggest where the pr

hello,i am working on project with a stm32wle5jc and am fairly new to stm tools. all was working well but after a little break on another project it will no longer flash the board with the stm ide (1.19.0) and says "No ST-LINK detected! Please connect ST-LINK and restart the debug session.". i have an st-link/v2 connected and the ide can actually see the st-link under "help" "st-link upgrade" (i am on a macbookpro m1, which also sees the st-link under "system report", "usb")i can flash the code i want to flash from the ide (~/workspace/<projectname>/Debug/<projectname>.elf) with the stmcubeprogrammer without any problemi have restarted the ide, restarted the mac, switched cables, switched projects, switch boards, tried a st board nucleo board with embedded st-link (or whatever it is)... but always get the same error messagewhat is going on?any help greatly appreciated!thanks, frank

Hello Community, I am trying to initialize SD card with FileX middleware standalone with my Nucleo-U545RET6Q board. I have initialized SDMMC1 with SD 4 bit wide , 48MHz with 0 divider. Later i had to put divider by 2 because the code was stuck at fx_media_open(); here is the picture:   Later I have initialized the FileX middleware with SD interface, without changing any parameters. I then, edited the app_filex.c using code found with RTOS Based SD File edit program in U5 families.  This is my app_filex.c file /* USER CODE BEGIN Header */ /** ****************************************************************************** * @file app_filex.c * @author MCD Application Team * @brief FileX applicative file ****************************************************************************** * @attention * * Copyright (c) 2021 STMicroelectronics. * All rights reserved. * * This software is licensed under terms that can be found in the LICENSE file * in the root directory

Hi there,I'm working on a STM32MP135 project.I'd like to see some information on the Build Analyzer and/or Static stack analyzer but they always report the grids empty. The project is compiled with the -fstack-usage and debualt Debug level (-g).I checked that for each source files of the project are generated the .cyclo, .su, .d and .o files in the Debug directory. The analyzers windows do not have a button to associate the project: but it seems not to be a problem with the latest relases. So, why I cannot browse the analyzers data? Version: 1.19.0Build: 25607_20250703_0907 (UTC) Thanks, regards

Hi all.I'm using STM32H747I-DISCO bord.According to user manual, Pin No.1 in Pmod™ is connected to PA11/PA0.And Pin No.1 in STMod+ is also connected to PA11/PA0.Then can I use PA11 as USART1_CTS via Pmod™ Pin No.1, and PA0 as GPIO via STMod+  Pin No.1 concurrently?Thanks in advance.

Hi everyone,I'm working on a LoRa project using the STM32WL55JC1 microcontroller, and I'm looking to implement a self-healing mesh network with multiple repeaters.Could anyone suggest existing libraries, detailed tutorials (step-by-step preferred), or GitHub repositories that would be helpful for this specific implementation? Any information or guidance on achieving a self-healing mesh with the STM32WL55JC1 would be greatly appreciated.Thank you in advance for your time and assistance!

 I have had a board assembled and want to check they have fitted the STM32 in the correct orientation.  Pin 1 on the PCB is shown by the white triangle. But it’s not clear from the package where pin one is because there are two circles in opposite corners in the photo. The datasheet only shows one circle to identify pin 1…

Hi, I designed a custom inverter, based on G473VE, external amplifier and compare, use TIM8 to generate PWM wave, use IR2101S to drive MOSFET. When I try to profile the motor(based on HSO), I get the error: ERROR_DC_AC. I have upload the screenshot(90e0d582f6e2fb5d5043ff325aab241.png), stwb6 file(MCV1_HSO_PROFILE.rar) and schematic files(MC_V1.pdf). Could you help me please? Thanks a lot!I have tried frequency from 20hz to 100hz, and power from 2w to 5w. but no use...

I am using STM32N6570-DK board.I wanted to use resnet50 model for Image Classification I generated files using stedgeai using the command : stedgeai generate --model resnet50_v2_224_int8.tflite --target stm32n6 --st-neural-art default@user_neuralart_STM32N6570-DK.json --input-data-type uint8It generated the correct files. When I tried to compile the generated files , the version of aton library is a new one 1.1.1.14 where the code of ImageClassification contains 1.1.0.31 due to which the code is not getting compiledFrom which location can I get the latest files for ll_aton libThanks & Regards,Sandeep

I've added the X-CUBE_AZRTOS-WB software pack and checked all the boxes for ThreadX but the RTOS ThreadX checkbox in STM32CubeIDE is disabled.  Is something else required to use ThreadX on an STM32WB? Kindes regards
