 I solved ADC and DMA part but i have problem whit calling the the values from memory and with PWM output that my servo motor cant work any way . plz help me:smiling_face_with_smiling_eyes: .NOT: im new in stm32

Hello,I had DIN CR95HF in my project, but I measured Zout differenceital impedance is around 60Ω via VNA equipment.per my checked data sheet, the ZOUT differential impedance between TX1 and TX2(1) 27 Ω I used Murata bead blm21bd601sn1b EMI filter in circuit. I am not sure it is OK for CR95HF.I attached my measurement for your reference.Please kindly advice.Thank you.

Hi all,I am current tinkering with the NFC03+NUCLEO board and the NFC DISCOVERY board for some custom NFC applications.A couple of questions.I understand that the NFC03 (at least the board I'm having) implements a CR95HF and has examples of reader/writer applications. Can the CR95HF function as a Card/Tag in card emulation mode? If it can't what makes the ST95HF/ST25R95 able to support card emulation? Does it contain some specific circuitry that allows it to function as such?Is there an NFC03 version board that contains either the ST95HF or ST25R95 which I can plug into the NUCLEO board for application development?Thanks in advance.

For example, I have a ScrollList with visible rows of 10, and have 20 rows(number 1 to number 20) content inside it, not circular. When scroll up, it will show row numer 20 at top and 9 empty row space.What I expect should be, it shows row 11 to row 20 in visible space, and can NOT scroll up further.The widget is open sourced, but looks compliated. How to patch it?

If I set the RTC (on a STM32F091) to Feb 28th 11pm, I can see that the RTC is correctly set. I can watch the RTC increase each second. However, when Feb 29th, 12:00 am is reached, the calendar date is changed to March 1, 2020; it skips Feb 29th. This chip is supposed to have compensate for leap years."Compensations for 28-, 29- (leap year), 30-, and 31-day months are performed automatically. ", from DocID018940 Rev 9I also don't see any relevant RTC initialization restrictions listed in the STM documents; such as the RTC must be set 2 days prior to a leap day, in order for the calendar RTC to be updated correctly.Can anyone confirm that setting the RTC within 24 hours of a leap day causes an incorrect RTC calendar result when the RTC transitions to the next day? If so, where is it documented?

Hello - I am looking for a solution that can time a sequence of external events (combination of rising and falling edges). The events can occur as close as every ~10ns. The max number of events in the sequence is of the order of 100. After this there can be a long delay. I am looking for <2ns resolution on the timestamps. Can you suggest a solution for this? Thanks!

Hi Everyone, I am trying to read temperature value from MPU6050 sensor. I could not read it. I tried to read WHO_AM_I signal, I could'nt read it as well. Value should be 114 but i am getting 5. Does anyone has any idea what to check, how to fix? I am using STM32 Nucleo board.Thank you.Regards

EDIT: Problem solved. The issue was caused by a missing / too short time delay between initialisation of USART and DMA and the first sent log message. After insertion of delay, everything worked like a charm!HiI'm currently working on a STM32H755ZI, trying to get the DMA transfer to work for the USART1 serial interface (memory to peripheral). Basically, I managed to get it working. However, from time to time I'm having random-rubbish data on the serial interface after a power reset. If I'm stepping through the instructions with a debugger manually, everything seems to be fine, but after a power reset, sometimes the mentioned problem occurs. After a software reset, the data looks fine.Some more details about the configuration I use:Main:In my main routine, i'd like to send some status information after startup and initialization of the processor to the USART1 interface using DMA transfer.USART1 initialization:I'm using static handles for the DMA and the usart configuration:static USART_

I am trying to design a tool that does the same as the "SWV Data Trace" in STMCubeIDE but by using GDB and a J-Link directly instead of the IDE. I have recorded the GDB traces (appended) and they show that the IDE writes to the configuration registers of my Cortex-M4 processor in order to set up the DWT and ITM registers correctly.But then I don't understand how "tracing" data comes back to the IDE since in the GDB trace nothing can be seen anymore after the configuration. Does this even happen over GDB? or does the IDE directly access some DLL functions of J-Link to read these values? And does it affect the execution time?Thanks for any help#################################### starting SWV recording ###############   552,121 46-data-read-memory --thread-group i1 0xe0042004 x 4 1 1 y 552,122 46^done,addr="0xe0042004",nr-bytes="4",total-bytes="4",next-row="0xe0042008",prev-row="0xe00\ 42000",next-page="0xe0042008",prev-page="0xe0042000",memory=[{addr="0xe0042004",data=["0x00003337"

Hi All,We using SPC560P development board in our project. We saw board is halt program execution and checked .bss variable values corrupted. Could you please help me to understand this issue. Sharing my map file in attachment. EPWMD7 values are corrupted. Thanks,Basava.

Hi,I'm following RM0390 reference manual's PWM input mode example for calculating frequency and duty cycle for incoming PWM signal. Basically I'm using TIM1's CC1 for capturing rising edges and CC2 for capturing falling edges. The question is that is it normal for CC2 to be triggered twice in a period? It seems that in my case CC2 is also sensitive for rising edges. Is that due to timer reset?If the behavior described above is normal, do I just discard the CC2 value when CC1 gets triggered? Also if I want to use input capture prescaling do I configure IC2PSC to be twice as many events as IC1PSC?Here's my TIM1 register just after CC1 and CC2 have been enabled.

Hi all! I'm fighting witn CMSIS, and now I'm triyng to start a timer in PWM mode. The MCU is a STM32F303CCT6, and the timer I want to use is TIMER3, activating a led on PA6. I didnt modify any clock, so I supose the MCU uses the HSI clock at 8MHz.This is the code, but dont work. Any advice?:/* USER CODE BEGIN 2 */   //Enable GPIOA   RCC->AHBENR |= RCC_AHBENR_GPIOAEN;   //Enable TIM3   RCC->APB1ENR |= RCC_APB1ENR_TIM3EN;   //Alternate Function 2 for A6 (TIM3 CH1)   GPIOA->AFR[0] = 0x02000000;   //Alternate mode for PA6 pin   GPIOA->MODER &= ~GPIO_MODER_MODER6_0;   GPIOA->MODER |= GPIO_MODER_MODER6_1;   //Select PWM mode 1   TIM3->CCMR1 &= ~(TIM_CCMR1_OC1M_0 | TIM_CCMR1_OC2M_3);   TIM3->CCMR1 |= TIM_CCMR1_OC1M_1 | TIM_CCMR1_OC2M_2 | TIM_CCMR1_OC1PE;   //Enabler channel 1 from TIM3   TIM3->CCER |= TIM_CCER_CC1E;   TIM3->PSC = 8000;   TIM3->ARR = 1000;   TIM3->CCR1

One can use STMCubeMx to configure the hrtim in capture mode based on 2 events. In my case, I'm using TIMER_A capturing event 1 & 6 and timer_B capturing events 2 and 7.I can see the generated code's MX_HRTIM_Init() configuring everything correctly, calling HAL_HRTIM_EventConfig() with correct parameters, setting both "fast mode" for events 1&2 and "filters" for events 6&7.I can also see MX_HRTIM_Init() configuring the timers as per the selected events, by calling 2x for each timer HAL_HRTIM_WaveformCaptureConfig()Yey, this is all great and as it should!But then you need to use a function to get the data from the capture. Let's use the example of HAL_HRTIM_SimpleCaptureStart_DMA(): inside that function, the following takes place: hhrtim->Instance->sTimerxRegs[TimerIdx].CPT1xCR = hhrtim->TimerParam[TimerIdx].CaptureTrigger1;This basically overrides the originally well configured events that was done in MX_HRTIM_Init(), replacing it with values of a temporary ra

Hi, We are testing the ST25R3916 to read Mifare 1K classic UID's.We manage to initialize the chip and to send an REQA command (We get 00 04 back from the card so communication works!).But we need to know the UID. To do this I found the APDU command:Class = 0xFFINS = 0xCAP1 = 0x00P2 = 0x00Le = 0x00So following the datasheet we do this:Clear FIFO (0xDB)Write Define the number of transmitted bytes in 2 registers.This is not 100% clearThe APDU has 5 bytes so we do this?Number of transmitted bytes register 1: 0x00Number of transmitted bytes register 2: 0x28Then we write the 5 bytes to the FIFO:i2c tx: 0x80 (FIFO write) 0xFF 0xCA 0x00 0x00 0x00Then send With CRC => 0xC4We get interrupt that TX happened but no response from the chip while REQA works fineWhat could we be doing wrong? Thx for any help,Marvin

Hi community,I have a STM32F769-EVAL board for which I implemented a custom bootloader using a USB2.0 flash drive.The question now is: Can I put the same chip onto a custom board and replace the USB OTG ports (Type A) with USB Type-C connectors?Can the chip or the library handle this scenario?If not, what do I need to put onto my custom board that the USB-C connection is converted into an USB2.0 connection the chip can handle?Other question: Is an USB-C flash drive smart enough to force the communication to USB2.0 (backwards compatibility) when it is connected via adapter cable (not a converter) or like mentioned above by simply replace the Type A with Type-C connectors?Thanks in advance!

First I want to say that I am a newbie in this field. I am trying to upload and debug a code on a custom-made board based on STM32F303CB chip through a NUCLEO-F446RE board. I am using Eclipse IDE (2019-12), a GNU toolchain and a SEGGER J-Link debugging software.The code builds successfully with no errors, anyway when starting to debug, a HardFault_handler is called. The code was not written by me. I doubt that the problem is in the code itself (it builds) and rather think that some setting of the tools is not right (correct me if I am wrong). I also tried the same procedure on several boards, so I would exclude a hardware issue as well.The debugger hangs when initializing the USB in the function **MX_USB_Init()**, leading to a HardFault_handler. When debugging in single-step mode, most funcitons within MX_USB_init() execute successfully, except **USBD_Start(&hUsbDeviceFS)**. When stepping into USBD_Start(...), it arrives in the while(1) loop of the HardFault_handler. When debu

I figured that ModalWindow can hijack touch buttons easily, but how can I do this for hardware buttons?Is the only way to only call custom functions? So that in Designer I always use Interaction to call virtual function1, and route it like this:function1(){ if (modalwindow1.isvisible()) { ... modal window handling } else {   ...normal application button handling, change Screen etc. } }This way I cannot use any of the default Interactions (change Screen etc.) in Designer, because they would act the same regardless of modal window is shown. So I have to route every screen change via virtual function call.Would be nice if the modal window could override the handleKeyEvent()Thanks!

Hello In UM2526 User manual "Getting started with X-CUBE-AI Expansion Package for Artificial Intelligence (AI)"I found the following sectionI think that .h5 model is enough for Cube-AI to generate model in C code for STM32, or should I include .json file as well?Best RegardsHossam Alzomor

The LWIP repo on stm32duino  https://github.com/stm32duino/LwIP already has LWIP 2.1.2 as of 22 August 2019."This library is based on the version 2.1.2 of the LWIP stack."How can we update our local repository with the version from stm32duino, and will stm32CubeMX or stm32CubeIDE recognise it.Thanks Alec

Hi,I am using STM32F072VBT6. I need a PWM waveform output that is gated with a PWM output of another timer channel.I am using TIM3_CH1 as the master that will control the output of another PWM of TIM2_CH1. Please refer the image for clarity. I need waveform (C) as output. So far, I am able to generate waveforms (A) and (B) separately, now I need the gated output. Is it possible by software? Or should I use a AND gate IC externally?

Where to I start to debug the RFAL middleware if I receive ERR_PROTO (11) when I call err= rfalIsoDepStartApduTransceive(P); or rfalIsoDepGetApduTransceiveStatus();I receive ERR_PROTO from the RFAL when I send a card a specific (APDU) , For some cards it works and for others it doesn't. The only thing that I think could be the problem ( By looking at the responses from another NFC reader) is that it works when the response message is smaller than 128 bytes. Cards with R-APDU response lengths of 77 bytes work, but when I use a card that should return 133 bytes (R-APDU), I get the Error message (ERR_PROTO) from the function rfalIsoDepGetApduTransceiveStatus();

I'm referring to the following website.https://wiki.st.com/stm32mpu/index.php/STM32MP1_Distribution_PackageI stumbled on "6 Building the OpenSTLinux distribution".Error occurred in bitbake.I attach the log.Could you tell me the cause of the error?Best Regards,Osamu Murakami
