I performed all the calibrations indoor and whenever i am testing it in outdoor(both under direct sunlight and opposite) ,it is always detecting some particle without any interference.Do i need to perform calibrations again in outdoor?

Hi all,I'm triyng to learn about using the example projects inside the repository folders.For example, I have a STM32F429i-discovery board and I want to load an example:../STM32Cube/Repository/STM32Cube_FW_F4_V1.25.1/Projects/STM32F429I-Discovery/Examples/ADC/ADC_RegularConversion_DMABut there isnt an .IOC file.How sould I load This in STM32CubeIDE?

The program crashes in Framework/source/touchgfx/containers.cpp . I can find the where the error is generated here but haven't a clue why. At this stage, I am working in the simulator and building the gui with the idea of getting the gui built and then start adding the functionality. I am not sure what part of the project to zip up and send as I am sure you don't need the entire folder. I tried zipping just the "TouchGFX" folder which wouldn't properly open on another computer.Any guidance would be much appreciated.

HI, After Factory calibration of LIS3DH accelerometer, what are the range of values given by the accelerometer( Selected 12 bit OUTPUT). I am getting 20-30 ADC counts of X axis from accelerometer, where as -1 to 3 counts from Y axis . Why there is a much higher difference Please answer ,Thank you.

   

I've setup the distribution package, i'm able to build the default image, and have created a custom image that includes some additional recipes.Now I want to continue with creating my custom machine. I've created a custom device tree with cubeMX and placed it in meta-st-stm32mp-addons/mx/<projectname>. Hello.I got a STM32l-Discovery and I tried lots of examples with HAL, But I can't get the LCD on this board working. Examples from ST page use some strange library and don't want to compile in my IDE. Have anyone working example for this lcd using HAL?Sorry for my English, I'm from Poland

DB4236 mentions user manual UM2750. Apparently, this is not available on ST's website? The link inside the document to this UM doesn't work either.

Just started to migrate to the ARM compiler 6 and I noticed __weak is incompatible language extension in this version and it needs to be written __attribute__((weak)).In STM32F4 HAL Drivers and almost all of the STM32 MCUs, there are lots of functions that have __weak in their declaration while it is not supported in ARM compiler V6.As for ARM Compiler and the DFPs, I have installed the latest versions.Are we having a problematic kind of situation here?

Hello, pin map editor is buggy for pins 88/89 of SPC564A80L7 and set always these pins as CAN and not eSCI when the pin map editor is opened and closed, code is generated as CAN!I have modified thse pins function then directly in the code.Thanks for your attention,Best regards.

What does it mean CUT?I suppose is a CPU identification tag, but I'm not sure.I developing a project with SPC5 studio V.6.0, but I don't understand which file I must include in my project between spc574k_cut24.h and spc574k.h.I see there are some example for CUT 2.3 and CUT 2.4 but I don't known the differences.Can anybody help me, please?Thank you very much.Best regardsE.

I'm working on a school project where I need to use OTA in order to update my code but I can't find any documentation or example to be able to implement it in the SPC582B-DIS.

I put this here and in MEMS and Sensors, but after browsing for a component, I'm not finding any sensor ICs for automotive TPMS systems in the category of pressure transducers/transmitters used for these systems. Is there no such ST component or am I just not finding it?Thanks,TM

Hi all,is it possible to use the same GPIO-pin as Timer external trigger and falling edge external interrupt.I'd like to create an application in which a rising edge on a GPIO starts a timer that sets an output for, say 2ms. After this time, another GPIO should be set for the duration of high level (that is: until a falling edge occurs) on the initial GPIO line.Is this feasible?I see no way to do this with the CubeIDE, but don't know what will happen if I set the registers "by hand"Cheers,Bob

Hi,I've noticed that the pcb antenna (ANT300) on ST25R3916-DISCO has the 3rd pin unconnected. The X-NUCLEO-NFC06A1 has this 3rd pin tied to GND. On the other hand, an identical antenna (same dimension and turns that previous one) on X-NUCLEO-NFC05A1 has only 2 pins so there is no 3rd pin tied to GND nor left unconnected (High-z)What is the reason for these differences in the evaluation boards with the same application?regards,gaston

Hello.I'm trying to use SPI interface in STM32F051r8t6 micro on my STM32F0 discovery board. I got it to send data, but I set data lenght to 8bit, it is sending double that (first 8 is my data, but second 8 bit is always 0x00). When I set it to 4-bit, it sends 8bits (first 4 is my data and second 4 is 0x0). What I'm missing?
