Hi!I have a STM32F373VBT and when I enable the DAC output, then I get only 0.06V as output, no matter what DAC value I send to the DAC.. I don't understand why i get only fixed 0.06V as output for both of these DAC outputs.First if all, the DAC outputs are going to drive a OP-amp. This OP-amp will transform 0-3.3V to 0-20mA output by help of 24V voltage source.I have connected the DAC pins here to the OP-amp. And there are no solder bridge between the MCU's pinns. Not even them are attached to the GND. I have checked with a DMM. I have placed the DAC-control code here.static DAC_HandleTypeDef* hanalog1; static DAC_HandleTypeDef* hanalog2; static uint16_t dac_values[3] = {0};   void STM32_PLC_Start_Analog_Output(DAC_HandleTypeDef* hdac1, DAC_HandleTypeDef* hdac2, TIM_HandleTypeDef* htim6) { HAL_TIM_Base_Start(htim6); /* The Analog Outputs (DAC) are triggered by TIM6 */ if(HAL_DAC_Start(hdac1, DAC1_CHANNEL_1) != HAL_OK) Error_Handler(); if(HAL_DAC_Start(hdac1, DAC1_CHA

HelloI am having difficulty getting the computer to communicate with an STM32.The requirement is to get the STM32 device to communicate directly with a PC over the USB, using the CDC module. When I connect up the device to the laptop and look in Device Manager, the STM32 device is shown with its name under ‘Other devices’. The Properties gives a message saying “No drivers are installed for this device? and shows it’s location as “Port_#0003.Hub_#0001?.I understand that the STM32 device should communicate with the computer via the ‘Usbser.sys’ USB serial driver under Windows 10 (https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/windows-hardware/drivers/usbcon/usb-driver-installation-based-on-compatible-ids). This has been backed up by a Damogram Labs example (https://damogranlabs.com/2018/02/stm32-usb-cdc/).I’ve updated the driver using http://batcmd.com/windows/10/services/usbser/ but this did not solve the issue.I have got this far by following ST’s “STM32 USB training – 09.3 USB CDC libusb dev

Hello I am Firmware engineer working on STM32G07 series board. While working with Flash memory I have unprotected Flash from Read and Write using STlinkUtility v 4.5.0, after this I am not able to Erase the Flash and hence not able to Debug and load as STM32 CubeIDe internally gives Erase command to clear Flash and Writes the new code on to board, Kindly suggest how can i fix this. see attached image for details.

Hi, i'm trying to control a barcode printer with STM32F105VCT6 with USB. The printer is godex EZ-1005. When i plug usb cable usb state comes to APPLICATION_START from APPLICATION_IDLE.According to this document. (Page 6) i need to send Standard Requests and Class-Specific Requests. I looked with usb analyzer program while printing with pc but i couldn't analyze this raw data I'm not familiar with usb protocol so i don't know how to send printer comands to printer over usb. I coundn't find any example or guide. Do you have any solution or suggestions?

I am Working on H3LIS10DL And i have Read The WHO_AM_I Id of the H3LIS100DL i got the WHO_AM_I id is 32h. But not getting Correct Data of X,Y,Z Axis Also i Have tried the ST Library for the H3LIS100DL but seems we are not getting the correct data on this Library,The Below Library link that is i have used:https://github.com/STMicroelectronics/STMems_Standard_C_drivers/blob/master/h3lis100dl_STdCIf anyone have worked on H3LIS100DL , share me a code or suggest me what is the issue

I had created single task with normal priority. The task has three functions. In one function ,I am writing the 2 byte data into internal SRAM (starting address for e.g. 0x20010204) .The 2 byte data is written on memory addresses 0x20010204 and 0x20010205 respectively. But after completion of one function execution data becomes zero when program control goes into another function call. The Function I'm using to write sram data as:uint32_t DummyIP1;DummyIP1 = 500;Write_SRAM_Data(ANALOG_INPUT_1,DummyIP1); //ANALOG_INPUT_1 = 0x20010204 ;//Function definationvoid Write_SRAM_Data(uint32_t *ldMemoryAdd,uint32_t lwData){ *ldMemoryAdd = lwData;}Please suggest that this method is correct or not. If not then suggest correct method for data writing into internal SRAM address and Bit banding addresses. Thanks!Anagha

Hello, I am trying to set registers of L6470But some of them can't be changed and WRONG_CMD is returned when I use GetStatus command. But When I read AN4290, WRONG_CMD bit is set when I target read-only register, but these problems have happened when I target the below registers:ALARM_EN, ST_SLP, FN_SLP_ACC, FN_SLP_DEC, KVAL_HOLD, KVAL_RUN, MINSPEEDI am totally sure that those register's addresses are correct and L6470 is under HiZ, Stopped status.I can't understand why it happened. Please help me.

HiHow to generate an interrupt when the supply voltage drops?Andrzej

Hey all,I'm trying to verify register values in my project, as per this link: https://www.freertos.org/Debugging-Hard-Faults-On-Cortex-M-Microcontrollers.htmlI'm attempting to open the break point window in the debugger, and manually define an execution or access break point at that address, but having difficulties in creating a break point at an address. If someone could guide me on how to do so, that would be much appreciated!Cheers :)

I'm currently using NUCLEO STM32H745ZI-Q.I am trying to use the expansion board X-NUCLEO-IDB05A1, it is a Bluetooth module.Does anyone know how can I build a Bluetooth connection between the board and a smartphone?

Hi all,I created a new STM32 project using File->New->STM32 Project in STM32CudeIDE and selecting the STWINKT1 board. It produces an .ioc file that shows quite some warnings in the Pinout & Configuration tab of the Device Configuration Tool. It also does not fully function on the STWINKT1 board. For example, SPI is not working for the on-board sensors.Versions:STM32CubeIDE version 1.3.1 (downloaded 1.3.0 which is still the latest and upgraded to 1.3.1 automatically)STM32Cube_FW_L4 version V1.15.1 (btw, the demo applications using the STWIN software package work fine)How to solve this? Any hints or solutions appreciated!Cheers,Bas.

I connect the module to a raspberry pi 3 through SPI, compiled and executed sudo./demo/nfc_demo_st25r3916. I changed the interrupt pin to physical pin 11 because the default was busy. The demo stays at scanning and never detects the module.I ran it with gdb and it is caught in an endless loop in main.c:111.Function "st25r3916CheckChipID" in "Linux_RFAL_st25r3916_v2.2.0/rfal/source/st25r3916/st25r3916.:141" returns ERR_HW_MISMATCH. The ID returned is 0, that would be "old silicon" according to the code comment.I connected SC to the module's CN5 pin 3 and also triyed pin 1.1.How does the read in the register happens if spiTxRx is not called from st25r3916CheckChipID>st25r3916ReadRegister > st25r3916ReadMultipleRegisters > st25r3916comTxByte( ((reg & ~ST25R3916_SPACE_B) | ST25R3916_READ_MODE), true, false );2. what may be wrong in my setup?

my setup is st25dv04k connected with tag on instrument A. cr95hf connected with instrument B. when instrument A comes near to instrument B. i want to confirm that instrument be successfully message in a tag [ which connected to instrument A].on successful reading data by cr95hf , is it possible to send rf command over air to st25dv04k ? also which rf command it need to send ?

Hi all,First some context:I am attempting to use the USB designated pins (PA11 and PA12) as generic GPIO inputs at start-up as a way of determining if a host is connected to the device and make a decision whether to run the main code or not - I will have external pull-up resistors on the DP and DM lines to aid this. Whilst waiting for the board to be made I wanted to make sure I could read the pin levels at start-up - for this I used the STM32F0-Discovery board. This is where I encountered my issue. I initially tried setting pins PA11 and PA12 as inputs with a pull-up resistor, I would then use a 'flying wire' to alternate the pin voltage between 0V and 5V. I then set up the code such that the LEDs would change state depending on the input pins. The code can be seen here:/* USER CODE BEGIN Header */ /** ****************************************************************************** * @file : main.c * @brief : Main program body *********************************************************

I started a STM32 framework project here: https://github.com/FBergemann/STM32-FreeRTOS-Framework/tree/dev-usb-host-msd. And i am currently busy to set up logging to console and USB FS (as Host to USB stick). But i didn't manage to enable USB OTG FS. I think it's due to an error in enable VBUS. Because in https://github.com/FBergemann/STM32-FreeRTOS-Framework/blob/dev-usb-host-msd/USB_HOST/Target/usbh_conf.c there is #79 GPIO_InitStruct.Pin = USB_VBUS_Pin;#80 GPIO_InitStruct.Mode = GPIO_MODE_INPUT; /* wrong?! */#81 GPIO_InitStruct.Pull = GPIO_NOPULL;#82 HAL_GPIO_Init(USB_VBUS_GPIO_Port, &GPIO_InitStruct);I followed instructions according http://evenlund.blogspot.com/2016/10/usb-storage-with-stm32f4-discovery-and_58.html and https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uIOb5sSFyUY.Can you please tell me, what i am doing wrong here?- thanks!regards,Frank

I convert .ucf file to .h by using unico GUI. But I couldn't set the register values via HAL I2C functions. I couldn't get any decision tree result./* ****************************************************************************** * @file LSM6DSOX_configuration.h * @author Sensors Software Solution Team * @brief This file contains the configuration for LSM6DSOX_configuration. * ****************************************************************************** * @attention * * <h2><center>© Copyright (c) 2020 STMicroelectronics. * All rights reserved.</center></h2> * * This software component is licensed by ST under BSD 3-Clause license, * the "License"; You may not use this file except in compliance with the * License. We follow this: https://wiki.st.com/stm32mpu/wiki/How_to_exchange_large_data_buffers_with_the_coprocessor_-_principle and this: https://wiki.st.com/stm32mpu/wiki/How_to_exchange_large_data_buffers_with_the_coprocessor_-_example#Linux_driversarticles for exchanging M4-A7 except for DMA : in our case we write from M4 directly into DDR without DMA transfer. Every time A7 needs new portion of data, it sends request via rpmsg and polls on eventfd for ready data from M4. It works fine for a number of runs but very soon we get old data. We have checked buffers on M4 side and correctness of poll-read on A7 side. For me it looks like coherence issue. So, my question is : how can I mark mmaped region as non-cacheable area ?PS. As far as I know linux UIO driver maps non-cached memory region, RPMSG SDB - not.

I made a new board based on the EVAL board (removing single ended xmit). My issue is even after tuning the radio, my tag detection performance is below the eval board (same parts/layout as far as I can tell, minus 2:1 mux for switching tx paths). Is there any way I can hook up an oscilloscope to see if there's anything strange/clipping with my tx/rx signals? Here's some symptoms:Using the same antenna, at roughly 5m, a tag is consistently detected by the EVAL board.Changing nothing but the UHF RFID Board + retuning, I can still read the same tag, but on the Windows GUI the tag disappears now and then unless I "shake" the tag. Using a handheld vulcan rfid power meter, I see that my output is consistently lower, and animatedly sags and recovers then sags again. While on the eval board, power is pegged at 0dB max constantly (assuming same physical spot/distance from same antenna). On my board, the vulcan rfid power mapper might be pegged at max, while an rfid tag immediately below it can't be

Hi,Is it possible to Tune BLDC motor without Current Probe in ST Motor Control Workbench 5.4 Plotter Feature? For High Voltage Motor Control Boards. or How to tune BLDC Motor without Current Probe ?Thanks---Karan

Hi to all,I need to update from FatFS from R0.11 to R0.12cIn R0.12c there are new implementations compared to 0.11.I see that for the STM32F401 the FATFS is in version 0.12c.Is there a way to update the library for the STM32F103 as well?Thank you.

Hello. I am using USB interface on STM32F746ZGT device (HAL lib, usb device mode). USB zero length packets are supproted and used by our protocol implementation on endpoint 1. It works on STM32L433, STM32F407, STM32F446 controllers. But it doesn't work on STM32F746ZGT. When I tried to send packet using HAL_PCD_EP_Transmit(), using non-zero length, it was sent. But if I tried to send HAL_PCD_EP_Transmit() zero length packet I saw nothing. As I saw, it is presend some source code in file stm32f7xx_ll_usb.c:  if (ep->xfer_len == 0U)  {   USBx_INEP(epnum)->DIEPTSIZ &= ~(USB_OTG_DIEPTSIZ_PKTCNT);   USBx_INEP(epnum)->DIEPTSIZ |= (USB_OTG_DIEPTSIZ_PKTCNT & (1U << 19));   USBx_INEP(epnum)->DIEPTSIZ &= ~(USB_OTG_DIEPTSIZ_XFRSIZ);  }But packet counter doesn't decremented by hardware. What sould I do to transmit ZLP?

I have set up the device, 5V 3A wall PSU and connected to the USB stlink connection. Connecting to the onboard stlink I can recognize the board serial number but the programmer fails to recognize the device. What am I missing? The device works perfectly in stand alone mode. As it would not identify the device I upgraded the firmware to V2J37M26 to see if that would correct it.   This was the output in the programmer if it helps.   12:26:58 : ST-LINK SN : 0669FF333536414257062332  12:26:58 : ST-LINK FW : V2J37M26  12:26:58 : Board    : --  12:26:58 : Voltage   : 3.27V  12:26:58 : SWD freq  : 4000 KHz  12:26:58 : Connect mode: Normal  12:26:58 : Reset mode : Hardware reset  12:26:58 : Error: Cannot identify the device
