There is option generate report in STMCubeMX but I didnt find on STMCubeIDE. Where is the this option. ("generate report" )  With the Generate report, you export the configuration settings of the project we created in STMCubeIDE.

NFC charging: the tiniest solution for wireless chargingQuestion: Are there any future predictions for the amount of this kind of charging devices per household or per capita?

Dear reader,I was wondering if it is possible to use the Dynamic NFC tags series as a passive tag. I do not have a supply voltage available, so I was wondering what the effects would be. The I2C and the SRAM would not work. Anything else?

I have the following pinctrl entry in my 5.10 device tree to use the USART1 and the serial port fails, due to an incorrect pin configuration for PZ7 AF7.usart1_pins_c: usart1-2 { pins1 { pinmux = <STM32_PINMUX('Z', 7, AF7)>, /* USART1_TX */ <STM32_PINMUX('A', 12, AF7)>; /* USART1_RTS */ bias-disable; drive-push-pull; slew-rate = <0>; }; pins2 { pinmux = <STM32_PINMUX('Z', 1, AF7)>, /* USART1_RX */ <STM32_PINMUX('A', 11, AF7)>; /* USART1_CTS_NSS */ bias-pull-up; }; };Does anybody know why this is happening?Does the PZ7 require any specific setup to be used as USART1_TX?Best regards,--Mike

Hello everyone,I have recently upgraded my STM32CubeIDE to:Version: 1.9.0Build: 12015_20220302_0855 (UTC)With this version, my ADC settings have changed automatically to have the discontinuous conversion mode always enabled. There is no possibility to disable it:I would like to have a continuous conversion mode, which is now greyed out because the discontinuous conversion mode is enabled:I can work around this issue by just altering the init section of the ADC. It would be nice though to also change it in the .ioc file in order to have it clean.What do I miss here? How do I disable the discontinous conversion mode?I am using a STM32G030K6T6 BTW.Thanks in advance for your response.Felix

In our project, we are using ST micro NFC chip (ST25DV). So, the query is which card Reader be supported to read/write data for ST micro NFC chip (ST25DV)? Secondly, which PC-based applications can be used to see the data after reading or writing

Hello,I would grateful for some clarity on the expected bit order when writing to the configuration register of the LED1642GW.Whilst it is clearly documented that CFG-0 is the LSB, and CFG-15 is the MSB of the serialised word, it is not clear to me whether data is expected as LSB or MSB first?Section 8.8 - PWM counter setting and brightness register (CFG-15) Does however state"(first input bit of brightness word is MSB, 16th bit is LSB)", with respect to brightness values, so I'd expect this to be universally the case? So... Big Endian? Many Thanks

I chaecked the following:There are no variable definitions in my headers. I use #ifndef/#define/#endif in all headers. After 2 days of trying I don't know what to do anymore. What might have changed in V1.9.0?

Hi there!i try to configurate TIM14 for generate one interuupt every 1000ms just for try but dosent't work . the frequency is 16Mhz i setup a prescaler 1600-1 and the Counter period 10000, but i diden't receive any interrupt. Before the while i turn on the timer HAL_TIM_Base_Start(&htim14). Please some one can help me ? thanks Sergio

Hi, I've got an project in cubeide that starts in one project and then jump's to another at 0x0800C000. It's been working in the past and I've somehow broken it trying to do updates. Here is the main code in the bootloader. It's very simple. BOOTLOADER v/* Includes ------------------------------------------------------------------*/ #include "main.h" #include "fatfs.h"   /* Private includes ----------------------------------------------------------*/ /* USER CODE BEGIN Includes */   #include <stdbool.h>   /* USER CODE END Includes */   /* Private variables ---------------------------------------------------------*/ CRC_HandleTypeDef hcrc;   I2C_HandleTypeDef hi2c1;   SPI_HandleTypeDef hspi2;   /* USER CODE BEGIN PV */   /* USER CODE END PV */   /* Private function prototypes -----------------------------------------------*/ void SystemClock_Config(void); static void MX_GPIO_Init(void); static void MX_SPI2_Init(void); static void MX_CRC

I have a project whereby I intend to cascade 13 LED1642GWPTRs, in order to control a number of RGB LEDs.As an "in-progress-check", I have currently placed only two LED1642GWs, each as the schematic below, with SDO of the first chip connected to SDI of the second. I have verified that the CLK, LE and PWCLK are common and within specification, also that the chips are powered and grounded. IMPORTANT: I have yet to connect any loading LEDs so as such, all OUTs are open (NC).I wanted first to check for cascading operation, however I have found: Data is only output from the SDO of LED1642GW Number 1, when there has been a digital key passed on LE. No data is "pushed through" otherwise. Specifically, if I serialise 2 16bit words to Chip 1's SDI, I would have expected the first word to have cascaded through, however, nothing at all is output.My thoughts are that either the chips are in an error state given that the loads are open or I have misunderstood something fundamental about their operat

I try to use DMA to transport data from GPIO input regester (GPIOx_IDR) to some other buffer memory. DMA reguest is created by timer with input capture mode so I turn on DMA by HAL_TIM_IC_Start_DMA(). This function doesn't have a arugument for source address of data so I tried to set source data address like DMA1_Chanel5->CPAR = &GPIOB->IDR; But it didn't work. Are there any solution for this?my code is down below uint32_t buf[10];DMA1_Channel5->CPAR = (uint32_t)tx_buf; HAL_TIM_IC_Start_DMA(&htim2,TIM_CHANNEL_1,buf,10);

Hi all!!!I have a problem with GTM / TOM and eDMA.I am using a SPC58-BERNINA (STEVAL-TTM004V1) and SPC5Studio.My goal is to start a copy via eDMA channel when an interrupt of a TOM channel is triggered (suppose CN0 == CM0).In my example I am using GTM TOM1-CH7.Reading table 40 of paragraph 7.3.6.6 I saw that GTM_TOM1_IRQ7 is part of DMACHMUX_3 line 39 so I have chosen eDMA's channel 48 and I initialized DMACHMUX_3 with source 39 (27h).In the same project I am using other eDMA channels, the "start" of which is determined by the ADC_SAR_***_EOC without problems.Del TOM I have enabled interrupts and I have verified that the interrupt is actually called. However, I cannot direct this signal to the eDMA.It should be very simple and straightforward, DMACHMUX has a lot of GTM inputs, but I couldn't.Can someone help me?Thanks,Gionatha

According to other answers on this website, it looks like I am supposed to do something like:~/st/stm32cubeide_1.8.0/stm32cubeide --launcher.suppressErrors -nosplash -application org.eclipse.cdt.managedbuilder.core.headlessbuild -data "./" -build *And I run the above line in the same folder as my .mxproject, .project and .cproject files. The error I am getting is:Invalid Arguments: [-build, Core, Drivers, stm32 Project.ioc, Middlewares] Error: Unknown argument: Drivers Usage: PROGRAM -data <workspace> -application org.eclipse.cdt.managedbuilder.core.headlessbuild [ OPTIONS ]   -data {/path/to/workspace} -import {[uri:/]/path/to/project} -importAll {[uri:/]/path/to/projectTreeURI} Import all projects under URI -build {project_name_reg_ex{/config_reg_ex} | all} -cleanBuild {project_name_reg_ex{/config_reg_ex} | all} -markerType Marker types to fail build on {all | cdt | marker_id} -no-indexer Disable indexer -printErrorMarkers Print all error markers -I {include_path}

I used STM32CubeIDE to create the project. The configuration that I used for the i2c is attached. I generated the code and added the following code in the "USER CODE BEGIN 2" section right after the call to MX_I2C_Init(). I made no other changes. uint8_t buf[16]; HAL_StatusTypeDef ret = HAL_I2C_Slave_Receive_IT(&hi2c1, buf, sizeof(buf));When I try and transmit some data to the device, the address is received and acknowledged after which the slave drives the SDA line low and holds it there forever (see the attached timing image).What am I doing wrong?Thanks.

Hello, I'm using stm32f469 with QSPI external flash. The flash is divided for TouchGFX graphic data and for File System.TouchGFX uses memory-mapped mode to access data, while File system accesses also in command mode. How could I prevent TouchGFX to access the external flash while flash is configured to command mode?Thank You,Ari
