Hello I'm using SPI to interface my STM32F7 with the SX1262 radio. I got a weird behavior, I'm using a GPIO to toggle the NSS pin. But sometimes it toggles randomly during the data transfer. You can see on the following screenshot of my logic analyzer:Here's the code for it:void WriteBuffer(SPI_HandleTypeDef hspiX) { while(HAL_GPIO_ReadPin(GPIOF, GPIO_PIN_13) == 1) {   }   uint16_t WriteBufferSize = 6; uint8_t WriteBufferCmd[] = {0x0E, 0x00, 0x33, 0x65, 0x67, 0x67}; // !ACC //uint8_t WriteBufferAnswer[6];   HAL_GPIO_WritePin(GPIOA, GPIO_PIN_4, GPIO_PIN_RESET); HAL_SPI_Transmit(&hspiX,(uint8_t *)WriteBufferCmd,WriteBufferSize,100); HAL_GPIO_WritePin(GPIOA, GPIO_PIN_4, GPIO_PIN_SET);     }Here's the SPI setup:

"Could you Implement a monitor task that ideally should be executed at the beginning of each time slice and determine the utilization factor during the previous time slice. If the utilization factor is too high it should give warning. If we can use idle time then we can measure the utilization. In order to set up this monitor we should this to perform a one time estimate how many idle operations can be performed in a time slice. I probably think you can use this estimate. The monitor task should print a warning on the output if the utilization factor is higher than 90%.."This is my requirement from I got for my internship. And I implemented one and when I check with segger systemview tool it is showing little difference. did anyone did something like this?volatile float referencePoint = 1512.493; volatile uint32_t tickhookcurrent = 0UL; volatile float utilization_monitor = 0; void vApplicationIdleHook( void ) { /* This hook function does nothing but increment a counter. */ tickhookcurr

I am using Segger Embedded Studio 6.32 to develop a project for the STM32L062K8U6. While there are some start-up files created by the SES project wizard, I am not using any pre-built libraries and developing all my own code based on information from the "RM0376 Reference manual Ultra-low-power STM32L0x2 advanced Arm®-based 32-bit MCUs" and related docs.I am having a problem with a hard fault occurring every time I enable one of the timers. I have code to run a 500us timer delay that I have tested with timers 2, 6, 21, and 22 with the same result in each case. The main loop toggles an IO pin every time the overflow flag is set. Watching the output on the o'scope I can see that I am getting a correct 500us period, but no matter what timer is used, after 48 seconds of operation I end up in the default hard fault exception handler. I am at a loss to explain this behavior and have not had this issue with timers on other ST Cortex M0 chips.Internet searches on this topic turn up a lot of thr

Hi,I'm using STM32 family for a very long time for lot of clients. My clients want to use linux system just for the screen and the wifi capabilities and I want to use STM32H7B3I-DK as reference and design cheaper and more stable system (I dont like to use heavy OS for low budget projects).I love the examples in "STM32H7B3I-DK compiled demo binary"', but cant find the source. Can you please provide the source code of the examples or add more start guides for the wifi connectivity module? Thanks.

Here is my code : ignore the led toggles , the screenshot of the sr reg is below and highlited bits. Im guessing it has something to to with the arhitecture of the cpu.Kind regards.void flash_page_write(void){ uint32_t addrr_start=0x08001000; uint32_t addrr_end=0x08001FFF; static const uint64_t Data64_To_Prog[32] = {  0x0000000000000000, 0x1111111111111111, 0x2222222222222222, 0x3333333333333333,  0x4444444444444444, 0x5555555555555555, 0x6666666666666666, 0x7777777777777777,  0x8888888888888888, 0x9999999999999999, 0xAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA, 0xBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBB,  0xCCCCCCCCCCCCCCCC, 0xDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDD, 0xEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE, 0xFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFF,  0x0011001100110011, 0x2233223322332233, 0x4455445544554455, 0x6677667766776677,  0x8899889988998899, 0xAABBAABBAABBAABB, 0xCCDDCCDDCCDDCCDD, 0xEEFFEEFFEEFFEEFF,  0x2200220022002200, 0x3311331133113311, 0x6644664466446644, 0x7755775577557755,  0xAA88AA88AA88AA88, 0xBB99BB99BB99BB99, 0xEECCEECCEECCEECC, 0x

Hello I have a Nucleo board L476RG and I would like to change the trigger mode of the comparator on the fly, the problem is that I cannot find the register responsible of this in the datasheet.I guess it's not related to the comparator but to the EXTI lines if I'm not mistaken.Any help please.

Hi...I am using STM32H750I Board with resolution of 480 x 272 , but I have a to configure board with 480 x 480 resolution. How can I customize the board in TOUCHGFX IDE in bare metal? Can I use only Internal memory to store the framebuffer, not external memories like QSPI , SDRAM with FMC?If anyone have an idea on this please help me out to solve this.Pooja M

Hi,probably my problem is very simple to solve. I have a swipe container with a static graph that fills almost the entire screen. My problem is that I can't swipe the container because the static graph widget processes the touch event, even the click listener is not enabled. Is there a simple solution to pass the event to the swipe container so I can move it?Thank you very much.Best regardsDominik Schmid

Posted on July 04, 2017 at 15:47Hello Team,As per STM32F769I-DISCO board schematic, I understood it should be Bypass clock source. But default cube project gives selection as Crystal ceramic. Why it is ceramic crystal?Request you to help me which one I should select for STM32 -DISCO board?

Hello, I am using a p-Nucleo-wb55. I would need to get data from vbat channel and the internal temperature channel. I used the example for internal temperature and it works but I am not able to add the reading of vbat value. Am I supposed to use one rank per channel? How do I add a rank using the .ioc file ?  Thank you

I looked into the radio_driver.h library, Radiolorabandwidths enum there is enumeration of lora bandwidths but the value assigned seems to be random with respect to RM0453 document on Bandwidth on lora. Is the library is correct or need modification?

I am writing SW in python to eventually program the STM32G051K8 over the UART from a BeagleBone Black (BBB). For testing I am doing it from the PC with a TTL-232R-3V3-WE USB to TTL Serial adapter. At the moment I am making routines for each command. What I am discovering, is that if something happens and a command returns a NAK, all of the following commands return a NAK and there is no recovery other than a HW reset. For me it is not a big, deal as long as I know that is how it is supposed to work. Right now I have the Get Command, Get Version, and Get ID commands working. And I am having some issue with the Get Read command. But after I do, none of the other commands that were working now work, they always return a NAK, until I ground the reset pin. Then I send the 0x7F to reset the baudrate, and I can continue. Is this how it is supposed to work? Like I said, if that is the case I can work around it. (right now the PC cannot automatically toggle the reset line, I have to do that man

I have used CubeMX to configure the HAL comparator driver to trigger an interrupt on the rising edge only, however the interrupt seems to occur on both edges. I checked the EXTI registers and everything seems correct. I then thought that my voltage supply might be noisy enough that it was causing transitions despite the high level of hysteresis that I have set. I used an oscilloscope to view the comparator output on a GPIO pin and there were no spurious transitions that I could see. I have no idea what the problem is at this point. Does anybody have any ideas? thanks.

simple 3 Button Touch Key application using TSC on STM32L431 goes wrong when VDD power supply drops from 3.3V to approx 3.0V (just above BOR level) then recovers to 3.3V.All 3 Buttons are read back as active from this point on. Has anybody experienced this behaviour?Solution is to make a software reset, if this scenario is detected.

Please Share, suggest suitable library or sample codes for Mounting SD card as Mass Storage with Virtual COM port option. Thanks

Hello all ~I have STM32MP157A-EV1 and STM32MP157C-DK2. I want to change system time and keep it. But It is not working well. Below is the test log on EV1.root@stm32mp1:~# date -s "20031025 18:00:00" Sat Oct 25 18:00:00 UTC 2003 root@stm32mp1:~# date Sat Oct 25 18:00:03 UTC 2003 root@stm32mp1:~# root@stm32mp1:~# hwclock --systohc --utc root@stm32mp1:~# hwclock 2003-10-25 18:00:18.632338+00:00 reboot .... root@stm32mp1:~# date Mon Jun 27 03:19:28 UTC 2022Am I miss something?:sad_but_relieved_face: thanks.

Hello everyone ~My custom board has RGB(LTDC) and HDMI display interfaces. We want to display same screen on same time.(duplicate mode)So, LTDC interface connected to local LCD and HDMI transmitter(sii9022).&ltdc node of my dts is below ..&ltdc{ pinctrl-names = "default", "sleep"; pinctrl-0 = <&ltdc_pins_mx>; pinctrl-1 = <&ltdc_sleep_pins_mx>; status = "okay"; /* USER CODE BEGIN ltdc */ port { #address-cells = <1>; #size-cells = <0>; ltdc_ep0_out: endpoint@0 { reg = <0>; remote-endpoint = <&sii9022_in>; }; }; /* USER CODE END ltdc */ };and we can display both screen successfully as below picture. However, unfortunately my LCD`s resolution is 1280x800.and linux platform doesn't have this HDMI resolution mode.so my LCD was displayed as below...Therefore, I want to add 1280x800 mode to HDMI. Is there any guide article on wiki? Thanks a lot !!!

I have bought ST25R3911B-Disco board for proof of concept.I need to be able to read the tag for identification from ~50 cm.currently I have ST25TA tag and it I can read it from ~3cm. I understand I need to buy tag ST25TV with NFC type 5.can you guide me how I get the ST25R3911B-Disco to work in long ranges ?what kind tag I need to buy ?will I need to change the setting in the registers map to get long ranges ?will the disco be able to provide long range readings ?if not what reader/eval board can do the job?

What are the best chip/settings to read multiple RFID 14334A tags? What should I look at when selecting chip?I need to create a reader that needs to read playing cards (14334A) from the table.Currently, I have a setup with AS3910 chip. It works fine while 1-2 cards go through its field simultaneously. 1) First issueIf I stack one card on another it can read only up to 2 cards like that. When I stack 3 cards it can't.2) Second issueIf cards (2-16) are in its field from the start it usually then can read just one card and sometimes more. (No idea why. Even if I leave the cards in the same place)So I wonder what is responsible for these limitations? Is it the wrong settings, old chip, wrong protocol, or just the physical limitations of RFID technology? Thanks!

There is an issue with a number of variables in the example machine conf files in the 4.0.0 (Kirkstone) ecosystem. The variable names have been changed in meta-st-stm32mp/conf/machine/include files but have not been changed in the addons layer example machine conf files to match.
