It is always extremely helpful to include a legible photo of the device in question as an image, if only to avoid reading errors along the way through the viewer’s optical capture unit, their central processing organ and their operating systems for pressing the buttons, and also to better assess the associated package and the plausibility of the result.

In short: pop a photo in here.

However, I suspect a reading error, because there is indeed still a high-voltage transistor called BUL38D.
