regarding STM8S207C8T6, some labels show MSL2 and some show MSL3,how come both MSL exist at the same time for the same parts?

Hi ST Support Team, This is Lillian from Keming electronic in China. We buy STM8S207C8T6 ,attached label, the COO is Malay , it shows MSL2. While, we checked website, it should be MSL3. Is MSL2 from OEM ? It's new and original ?
