Hey Luca

compiling this (Cosmic):

volatile _Bool GPI1 @5006:6;

_Bool Ext_1;

_Bool LastExt_1;

void IH_Init(void)

{

Ext_1 = LastExt_1 = ~GPI1;

}

produces this error message

#error castm8 \LOCALS~1\Temp\s1f8.cx2:70 unknown instruction tnzx

this was fixed recently: if you have a full version contact me at luca dot ubiali at cosmic dot fr

otherwise I'm afraid you will have to wait that the fix makes it to the free, 32k, version.
