¿How make a txt archive and save it in stm8l discovery memory?

I need to combine some datas in a txt archive and save it in the memory of stm8l discovery. I have saw that the demo board has got 30 Mbyte and I would not require an sd card or an other external memory type.

¿Could anybody help me with this topic? I don't know where to begin. Thanks
