Stm32mp1 Error “sector 0” during flashing image openst Linux

Hi, I'm getting an error when uploading an image downloaded from the STM32 OpenSTlinux website via STM32Programmer. I'm uploading the STM32MP157F-DK2 version. The OTG cable is connected, and the DIP switches are also in the correct positions. what could be the problem?

Please precise OSTL version + CubeProg version.

Also please pug a terminal on UART to get logs.
