Virtual COM port driver windows10

Hello

I have a quastion about  Virtual COM port driver for windows 10.Windows detects port correctly but when I trying to use shows the message ''dangerously disconnected device''.The Microsoft suport told me thet is the driver error.It is new driver for windows 10?

May be Microsoft support can explain to you why a driver that's passed their extensive WHQL testing, and has been signed, fails when they changed the OS?
