USB Firmware

I have any STM32F100C8T6 board that communicate to PC by USB HID. This board can be detected by USB HID Demonstrator, but it can not be detected by DFUse. If I want to use this board with my own firmware, what I have to do? Should I modify boot0 like using FlashLoader Demo?
