Hello.There is a question about stm32f7xx internal flash size. Will be released stm32f7 controllers with 2mb flash? There is only stm32f7 controllers with 1mb flash now. Anybody know?

They might, but the inclusion of an architectural level cache, and execution of code from external memories, the demand for such is significantly mitigated.

As I read it, you can execute code via QuadSPI
