Hi,
Now we want to use STM32F103 at -55C ambient temperature, MCU
data sheet say that it work at -40C as datasheet, storage temperature is -60C.
My question is that,
-If MCU is powered up at -55C, what will be different with
>=-40C? Such as clock not stable,
-Do you have any -55C mcu as STM32F103 function for
recommendation?
Best Regards,
Kent

So far, no derivative of the STM32 is guaranteed to operate at a temperature lower than -40C. A statement about the behaviour at lower temperatures than the minimum operating temperature (most have -40C, a few -20C or -10C) can therefore not be made and one must assume that in extreme cases the STM32s will not work at all.

-55° is ->
- Full Military: −55 °C to 125 °C
so look for military spec. , Maxim Integrated has this, maybe stm has also.
example from Ti : MSP430F2619SPM , -55°C ~ 150°C
https://www.digikey.de/en/products/detail/MSP430F2619SPM/296-28280-ND/2353501
but about 120 € per piece ! so you have to pay for your "extras" .... :)
did a search on digikey
found only 1 from STM : SPC58EG80E5QEC0X
https://www.digikey.de/en/products/detail/stmicroelectronics/SPC58EG80E5QEC0X/16588292
