Is there any 32-bit ST microcontroller that contain WiFi in it?

Hello,
STM32WB is meant to be used as Bluetooth radio (or ZigBee or generic 802.15.4 radio), not WiFi.
ST had two WiFi modules, but they are both NRND. I got the information that there won't be any WiFi radios in the following years, because of cheap Chinese competition (especially ESP8266 and ESP32).
You will have to look at another manufacturer's portfolio.

The micro-controller you mentioned looks relevant for blue-tooth and Zigbee applications..

Everybody uses the ESP8266 nowadays so it's pointless ST producing a competing product. It can attach to any STM32 processor as it does most of the work itself.
