Simple touch sense with F030

Hi

Does anyone know if the 030 can perform simple touch sense using the ADC?Similar possibly to how it can be done using a PIC uC: http://ww1.microchip.com/downloads/en/AppNotes/01298A.pdf

I dont want to resort to a part with a TSC as this project is cost sensitiveOne thing I can't determine is how to switch an ADC channel to VDD to charge  Csamp it this is at all possible?Jas
