hi ST1,
I've been away for a few days and just found out the good news. personally I'm extremely satisfied with the way ST resolved this issue. also I'm surprised by the very fast response time: just two weeks from first report to official policy change. this incident shows that ST is able to timely and appropriately react to client requests. great work, many thanks to all the people involved! best, lanchonOptions
