PA9(USART1_TX) & PA10(USART1_RX) pin failure in STM32F107RBT

-I have observed PA9(USART1_TX) & PA10(USART1_RX) pin failure in STM32F107RBT, this pins are 5V Tolerant-FT

- STM32 supply voltage is 3.3V

- it is interfaced to another micro controller which runs on 5V.
