MCO in various runmodes

We need the MCO (master clock out) to drive the clock for an external ADC.

However, looking at the various run modes(STM32F4) it looks to me that the MCO is not available when in stop, standby or power down mode.

But what about the sleep mode, is the MCO still available?

I don't see any reason why not (and I would expect MCO1 tick if fed from LSE even in Stop/Standby, provided LSE runs of course).

But why don't you simply try?
