Is ST tech support on vacation?

Does anyone know if ST tech support is away. I had asked them some questions about the STM32F2xx DMA controller, and 2 weeks ago they replied. With a self-contradictory answer (it was kinda funny actually). So I replied asking for clarification. No response. Over the past 2 weeks I've tried twice more. Still nothing.

In the past I've found them to be pretty helpful and responsive, so this is a little strange. Anyone know if something's going on?
