Hi John,

There is a driver provided by ST, formerly part of um0424, which was required to access this functionality. You may be able to find it in the STR7/9 download but no promises.

In

, I expressed my frustration with ST technical support's lack of responsiveness. In that instance, my expectations were based on very good experiences with Freescale's technical support, and I would urge ST to implement something similar.

As regards the forums, ST-One has proven himself to be extremely helpful and responsive, and I echo the call of others to give him more resources.

Obviously it's hard to gauge how important the forums are considered to be within ST, so if there's anything we can do that can help to increase their prominence within the company, do let us know!

Steve.
